To keep things peaceful and ensure everyone gets the VIP treatment (and stays safe!), we kindly request that only the person receiving the service be present in the salon. SICK POLICY If you or someone you've been in contact with is sick, please reschedule your appointment. In some cases, you may be allowed to keep your appointment, but we ask that you please wear a mask.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Card on File: Required for all appointments. DEPOSITS: NONREFUNDABLE(covers the cancellation fee). NO SHOW /CANCELLATION FEE A 30% fee applies and will be charged to the card on file if not canceled OR rescheduled within 48+ hours in advance. TIME IS NEEDED TO FILL YOUR SPOT IF POSSIBLE WITH SHORT NOTICE.
